Fail the build, not the ban rate

使用 liarjs 根据浏览器指纹回归来把关构建——将基线扫描保存为 JSON，将后续运行与其对比，当一致性分数低于下限时使任务失败。适用于在 GitHub Actions、GitLab CI 或其他流水线中添加指纹或无头检测检查，在 Chromium 构建或抓取工具发布前捕获回归，或跟踪指纹分数在提交间的变化。
